摘要
本文利用透射电镜研究了30CrMnsiNi2A钢在不同奥氏体化温度下马氏体区等温淬火后组织的变化。发现随奥氏体化温度升高,马氏体板条间残余奥氏体膜增厚。试验表明,30CrMnSiNi2A钢的拉伸强度在920℃处出现一小的峰值;屈服强度在960℃以下无明显变化。
The changes of microstructure of 30CrMnSiNi2A steel after isothermal quenching from various austenitizing temperatures have been studied by using TEM in this paper.It has been found that the retained austenite films between martensite lath got thicker with the increasing of austenitizing temperature. The experimental results show that a small peak can be expected for tensile strength of the steel austenitized at 920℃ and the yield strength shows no significant change below 960℃.
