摘要
环境保护工作必须从先污染后治理向污染预防和控制转变,实现工业可持续发展。推行清洁生产是实现这种转变的有效途径。文章分析了企业清洁生产审核中存在的普遍性问题,并提出对策及建议,从而形成长效机制促进企业自觉自愿开展清洁生产。
Environmental protection must transform treatment after pollution into pollution prevention and control to realize industrial sustainable development. Cleaner production is an effective way to implement this transition. This paper analyzes problems in cleaner production audit and raises countermeasures and suggestion so as to form long-term mechanism to promote cleaner production audit for enterprises.
