摘要
目的探讨数据库的建立对造口和慢性伤口患者个性化健康教育的影响。方法将200例造口伤口患者按时间段分为常规组和观察组各100例,常规组于换药期间实施常规健康教育;观察组构建造口伤口门诊数据库,将患者资料、每次换药创面情况、所用材料及健康教育内容录入数据库,供下次健康教育和换药时参考。结果观察组相关知识掌握合格率、健康教育满意率显著高于常规组(均P<0.01),伤口愈合时间及造口并发症发生率显著短于和低于常规组,同类伤口同一阶段伤口愈合平均天数有所缩短(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论造口伤口门诊数据库的建立与应用可有效提高健康教育效果,从而促进患者康复。
Objective To investigate the effect of establishment of an outpatient ostomy service database on individualized health edu- cation for patients with an ostomy or a chronic wound. Methods Totally, 200 patients with colostomy or chronic wounds were ran- domly divided into two groups according to admission sequence, with 100 patients in each group. The conventional group were given health education during dressing change. As for the observation group, an outpatient ostomy service database was built, and patients＇ information, updates of wound from each dressing change, the materials used for each dressing change, and health educa- tion contents were input into the database. All of the information in the database were referenced by nurses when patients visited the outpatient clinical for ostomy or wound care. Results The rate of patient＇s being knowledgeable of health education contents, pa- tient satisfaction with health education in the observation group were significantly higher than in the control group（P〈0.01 for both）. The time to heal for wounds and incidence rate of ostomy related complications were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group（P〈0.05,P〈0.01） ; the time to heal for the same types of wounds which were at the same stages was shortened in the observation group （P〈0.05 for all）. Conclusion The establishment and application of the outpatient ostomy service database could enhance the effectiveness of health education and therefore boost the recovery of patients.
