摘要
目的探讨一季一主题情景演示活动对修正护理人员错误行为,降低护理缺陷发生率的影响。方法通过分析每季度全院护理缺陷发生的类别及数量,确定该季护理缺陷整改的主题,然后将缺陷编制成情景演示剧本,在每季的护理质量讲评会前演示,并组织全体护士观看并展开讨论。结果90.9%～99.4%护理人员认可一季一主题情景演示,可引起护士对缺陷的重视;同时通过对缺陷的情景再现,强化了护理人员对正确操作的认识,规范了自身行为;护理不良事件的发生情况也逐年下降,从2008年的109起下降到2011年的28起。结论一季一主题护理缺陷整改活动促进了护理质量的持续改进,保障了患者安全。
Objective To explore the effect of one-theme-for-one-season scenario show on nurses＇ behaviorial amends and on the oc- currence of nursing flaws. Methods We identified the types and numbers of nursing flaws quaterly, determined the theme of scenario show for every season, adapted nursing flaws into scenario plays which were demonstrated in quaterly quality evaluation meetings. All nurses were gathered to watch the scenario plays and made discussions about them. Results Totally, 90.9^- 99.4% nurses gave positive feedback on the shows. One-theme-for-one-season scenario shows aroused nurses＇ attention to nursing flaws, en- hanced their consciousness in correct nursing procedures and made them behave themselves. The number of nursing flaws descended from 109 in 2008 to 28 in 2011. Conclusion One-theme-for-one-season scenario shows could boost continous improvement of nursing service and ensure patient salty.
