摘要
在中国城乡一体化发展的进程中,农村义务教育如何提高质量,逐步缩小与城市义务教育的差距,最终与城市教育融为一体、均衡发展,是城乡一体化发展与农村教育发展需要面临和解决的共同问题。运用实证研究方法,通过访谈、问卷调查等形式,从教育资源投入、教育教学过程及教育教学结果等方面对城乡一体化背景下的农村义务教育质量现状进行实证分析。研究发现,农村义务教育质量已显著提升,但同时也存在许多尚未解决的问题。最后从建立城乡一体的义务教育资源投入体制,提高教师专业能力,增强农村办学特色,关爱农村学生,加强农村社会环境治理等方面提出政策建议。
The focus of urban - rural integration is still on rural compulsory education in the compulsory education field. How to improve the quality of rural compulsory education to reduce the gap with city＇ s, and finally realize common developments. To achieve the urban -rural integration and develop rural compulsory education, it is the common problem to solve. By using empirical research methods, We make an empirical analysis from three aspects： the education resources investment, education teaching process and edu- cation teaching results. The analysis shows that the rural compulsory education quality has made significant progress, but at the same time, there are also many problems that hasn＇ t been resolved yet. Finally, We put forward policy suggestions from five aspects ： estab- lishing education investment system under the background of urban - rural integration, improving the teachers ＇ professional ability, strengthening the rural school characteristics, earing for rural students and strengthening the rural social environment management.
