摘要
目的:探讨非甾体抗炎药对牙周炎和牙龈炎的临床疗效。方法:选取笔者所在医院收治的120例牙周炎、牙龈炎患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各60例。对照组采用碘甘油治疗,治疗组口服布洛芬,治疗1个疗程后判断疗效。结果:治疗1周后,治疗组SBI降低明显(P<0.05);治疗1个疗程后,治疗组AL与对照组相比明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:布洛芬用于治疗牙周组织炎症可有效控制牙龈疼痛和水肿,减轻患者临床症状,值得临床推广应用。
Objective： To explore the clinical efficacy of NSAID for periodontitis and gingivitis. Methods： Select 120 cases of periodontitis and gingivitis patients in our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group and control groups.Control group used iodine glycerin treatment, treatment group used oral ibuprofen. To determine efficacy after a course of treatment.Results： After one week of treatment, the treatment group SBI were significantly lower（P〈0.05）, and a course of treatment later, the AL treatment group significantly decreased compared with the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusian： Ibuprofen can effectively control the gums, pain and edema, relieve the patient＇s clinical symptoms, It is worthy of clinical application.
