摘要
目的:探讨健康教育对社区糖尿病患者服药依从性的影响。方法:将笔者所在社区内的84例糖尿病患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各42例,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在此基础上给予健康教育,观察两组的服药依从性情况。结果:观察组经健康教育干预后,服药依从优良率为95.2%,显著高于对照组患者的76.2%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过健康教育能够提高糖尿病患者服药依从性,保证临床治疗效果。
Objective： To explore influence of community health education on the compliance of taking medicine of the diabetic patients.Methods： 84 eases of diabetes in the community were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 42 cases in each group, patients in control group were given conventional treatment, based on this the patients in the observation group were given health education, observed the compliance of taking medicine of patients in two groups.Results ： After health education intervention the excellent and good rate of compliance of taking medicine of patients in observation group was 95.2%, significantly higher than that in control group （75.2%）, the difference between two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Taking health education to diabetic patients can improve the compliance of taking medicine, ensure the clinical treatment effect.
