摘要
针对设计加工单品种轻质原油的重交沥青-燃料油装置,为增强换热网络对多原油品种、多产品方案的适应性,增强全局能量系统优化及换热流程柔性,提出以优化原油三段换热负荷分配及低温余热综合利用为核心的流程优化方案,实现提高原油三段换热温度、降低装置能耗、优化装置运行质态的目标。
For design of heavy transportation Asphalt-fuel oil units which treat single light crude oil, in order to enhance the adaptability for the heat transfer network to more varieties of crude oil and more kinds of production, and to enhance the adaptability of the global energy system optimization and heat exchange process, process proposals which make optimizing the crude three sections of heat load distribution and comprehensive utilization of low temperature waste heat as the core are summited, so that crude oil temperature aider three stage heat exchange can increase, unit energy consumption can be reduced, and unit running situation can be enhanced.
