摘要
以东莞兴发线业有限公司的印染废水为研究对象,采用微电解+Fenton的组合工艺对印染废水进行预处理,通过试验确定了工艺的最佳技术参数和操作条件,结果表明:在最佳的反应条件处理后,COD总去除率可达到72.7%,色度的脱除率在97%以上。同时,B/C值可由0.22提升至0.41,有效的提高废水的可生化性。
Using the printing and dyeing wastewater of Dongguan Xingth Thread industry CO. LTD. as the object of study. Micro-electrolysis and Fenton Oxidation was used to pre-treat the dyeing wastewater. Through the experiment to determine the best technical parameters and operating conditions of the process .Under the best conditions, the removal rates of COD and chromaticity were 72.7 % and 97 % respectively, and the rate of B/C was raise to 0.41 from 0.22, improve the biodegradability effectively.
