摘要 目的:介绍紫花地丁软膏的制备并研究其质量控制方法。力法:对紫花地丁软膏中主要药物紫花地厂进行薄层色谱签别:采用分光光俊法对其主要成分黄酬进行含量测定。结果:在薄层色鸿图中可检出紫花地丁药材的特征斑点,黄酮在0.103-0.708mg/mL浓度范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率97.93%,RSD:0.8I%。结论所采用方法快速准确,可行性及重现性良好,能有效控制该制剂的质量。 Objective: to introduce the preparation of Philippine Violet Herb Ointment and to research the method of its quality control. Methods: distinguish the thin layer chromatography of the main ingredient in the Philippine Violet Herb Ointment; use spectrophotometry to measure the contents of its main ingredient--flavone. Results: check the features of characteristic stain of Philippine Violet Herb in chromatographic sheet. In the range of 0.103-0.708 mg/mL, the linear relation of flavone is quite well. the average recovery ratio is 97.93 %. Conclusion: the method adopted is very rapid and accurate, and its feasibility and reappearance is favorable. Furthermore, it is able to control the quality of preparation efficiently.
