摘要
目的：介绍紫花地丁软膏的制备并研究其质量控制方法。力法：对紫花地丁软膏中主要药物紫花地厂进行薄层色谱签别：采用分光光俊法对其主要成分黄酬进行含量测定。结果：在薄层色鸿图中可检出紫花地丁药材的特征斑点，黄酮在0．103-0.708mg／mL浓度范围内线性关系良好，平均回收率97．93％，RSD：0．8I％。结论所采用方法快速准确，可行性及重现性良好，能有效控制该制剂的质量。
Objective： to introduce the preparation of Philippine Violet Herb Ointment and to research the method of its quality control. Methods： distinguish the thin layer chromatography of the main ingredient in the Philippine Violet Herb Ointment; use spectrophotometry to measure the contents of its main ingredient--flavone. Results： check the features of characteristic stain of Philippine Violet Herb in chromatographic sheet. In the range of 0.103-0.708 mg/mL, the linear relation of flavone is quite well. the average recovery ratio is 97.93 %. Conclusion： the method adopted is very rapid and accurate, and its feasibility and reappearance is favorable. Furthermore, it is able to control the quality of preparation efficiently.
