摘要
基于"复合型"教师的理论思辨,提出体育院校"复合型"教师的定义和素质的结构构成,并以知识结构为例进行了现状调查,指出当前体育院校"复合型"教师的知识结构存在的缺陷与不足,提出对策与建议,为高等体育院校学科和术科教师的转型提供参考。
Based on theoretical analysis, the paper defines the concept of "multi -skill teacher" in sport university and college and its quality structure. By taking the knowledge structure as an exam- ple, the current quality structure was investigated with questionnaires, pointing out that the defects and shortcomings of knowledge structure of "multi -skill teachers" in sports colleges and universi- ties. At last the paper put forward the countermeasures and suggestions for providing reference for transformation so as to enhance the teaching staff construction.
