树舌多糖GF对肝癌细胞的增殖抑制作用及对RB基因mRNA表达的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究树舌多糖GF对肝癌细胞的增殖抑制作用以及对RB基因mRNA表达的影响。方法:利用CCK-8法观察树舌多糖GF对肝癌细胞增殖抑制作用,并筛选出有效剂量;以SMMC7721为研究对象,在mRNA水平探究其对RB基因表达的影响。结果:CCK-8法表明,树舌多糖GF各剂量组和对照组比较,OD490nm均明显降低,有显著性差异(P<0.01),其中树舌多糖GF2.5μg/mL、5μg/mL、10μg/mL剂量组对SMMC7721细胞增殖的抑制效果最强,抑制率分别是20.01%、20.47%、24.44%。结论:树舌多糖GF可明显上调RB基因的mRNA表达水平,从而实现对肝癌细胞的增殖抑制作用。 Objective:To study the effect of GAPSGF on liver cancer cell proliferation inhibition and expression of the RB gene mRNA.Methods:Use CCK-8 to study GAPSGF liver cancer cell proliferation inhibition,which also filtered out the effective doses.Use SMMC7721 as the object,and then explore the impact of the RB gene expression at the mRNA level.Results:The effect of SMMC7721 cell proliferation inhibition is the strongest on GAPSGF 2.5μg/ml,5μg/ml,10μg/ml dose groups.The inhibition rates were 20.01%,20.47%,24.44%.Conclusion:GAPSGF significantly increases in the RB gene mRNA expression.
