对TLR4的认识及其与前列腺癌研究进展 被引量：3

摘要 Toll样受体（Toll like receptors,TLRs）是最近发现分布于免疫细胞和大多数恶性肿瘤细胞通过识别配体启动激活免疫应答并参与恶性肿瘤发病机制的一种受体[1]。TLR家族（TLR1-TLR13）中以TLR4的肿瘤表达谱和表达丰度最高,因而TLR4在肿瘤发生发展中的作用备受关注[2]。TLR4与肿瘤的生物学行为密切相关,成为肿瘤免疫领域一个新的研究方向。
