摘要
目的观察仙丹升血方治疗原发免疫性血小板减少症(ITP)患者的临床疗效。方法将60例ITP门诊患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例,对照组给予维血宁颗粒,治疗组给予仙丹升血方,3个月为1个疗程,随访4个月,观察紫斑、神疲乏力、五心烦热、口干、出血、血小板计数、巨核细胞等各项指标变化。结果两组患者疾病疗效的比较,治疗组总有效率100.00%,对照组总有效率96.67%,差异有统计学意义(Z=-2.618,P<0.05);两组患者者症候疗效比较,治疗组总有效率96.67%,对照组总有效率95.00%,差异无统计学意义(Z=-0.270,P>0.05);两组患者治疗前后巨核细胞总数降低差异有统计学意义(t=2.070,P<0.05),两组患者治疗前后颗粒巨核细胞降低差异无统计学意义(t=-1.859,P>0.05),两组患者治疗前后产板巨核细胞增加差异有统计学意义(t=3.321,P<0.05);两组患者治疗前后血小板计数变化差异无统计学意义(t=1.736,P>0.05),两组患者随访结束血小板计数变化差异有统计学意义(t=3.138,P<0.05);无一例患者发生药品不良反应。结论仙丹升血方治疗原发免疫性血小板减少症疗效好,无明显毒副作用,值得推广使用。
Objective To evaluate efficiency of Xiandan Shengxue Decoction on Treating of Primary Immune Thrombocytopenia.Methods 60 Outpatients participated in the clinical trial,the patients were randomly assigned to two groups,the control group treated with Weixuening granules,and the treatment group with Xiandan Shengxue decoction.Each patient was treated for 3 months,and followed up for 4 months to observe the diversity of peliona,lassitude,five feverish centres,dry mouth,bleeding blood platelet number and megakaryocyte.Results The effectiveness of treatment group and control group were 100% and 96.67%,the Xiandan Shengxue decoction had significantly improved the efficiency;however,the Xiandan Shengxue decoction improved the TCM clinical purpura symptoms,there was no significant difference;no patient had adverse drug reaction.Conclusion Xiandan Shengxue Decoction on treating of Primary Immune Thrombocytopenia had good curative effect,with no significant side effects,it was worth popularizing.
