摘要
目的探讨盐酸曲马多超前镇痛对妇科腹腔镜手术术后疼痛影响及安全性,为妇科腹腔镜手术术后镇痛方法的选取提供临床参考。方法选取50例妇科腹腔镜手术患者,随机分为实验组及对照组各25例,实验组在切皮前5min给予曲马多静脉滴注,对照组不给予镇痛药物,观察镇静程度及不良反应。结果实验组患者手术时间、麻醉停药-苏醒时间、Ramsay镇静评分与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),实验组术后有1例使用镇痛药物,对照组8例,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组在术后1 h、3 h、6 h、12 h、24 h AVS评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组术后不良反应发生率为68.00%,对照组为44.00%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论妇科腹腔镜手术切皮前5 min静脉给予盐酸曲马多能明显缓解术后疼痛,副作用少,是较好的手术镇痛方法。
Objective To investigate tramadol hydrochloride lead analgesia for gynecological laparoscopic surgery postoperative pain effects and security for gynecological laparoscopic surgery the selection of postoperative analgesia method for clinical reference.Methods Fifty cases of gynecological laparoscopic surgery patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,the experimental group in 25 cases of cut skin before 5 min giving tramadol intravenous drip group,didn＇t give analgesic drugs,calm degree and the adverse reaction was observed.Results Compared with control,the patients operative time,anesthetic drug withdrawal-revival time,tamsay sedation scores had no statistical significance（P0.05）,the postoperative 1 cases using analgesic drugs,8 cases of control group,the comparison had statistical significance（P0.05）;postoperative 1 h,3 h,6 h,12 h,24 h AVS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in control group（P0.05）;the postoperative adverse reaction was 68.00%,and 44.00% in control group,there was no statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusion Gynecologic laparoscopic surgery cut skin before 5 min vein to hydrochloric acid song horse can obviously alleviate postoperative pain,with little side effects,which was a good surgical analgesia method.
