摘要
本文从充分认识黑龙江省土地资源利用现状和理性分析存在的问题入手 ,研究农业土地资源持续利用的思路 。
Begining with understanding the current condition of utililation of Heilongjiang’soil resources thoroughhs and analyling its problem rationally,This paper tries to study the train of thought of maintainable utililation of agricultrual soil resoules,seek for the best measures to utilile the agricultural soil resources.
