从腺胃肿大病鸡中分离到一株病毒 JQ980 1,该毒株不凝集鸡红细胞 ,能稳定导致鸡胚侏儒化并使部分攻毒鸡发生胃肿大和死亡 ,电镜观察为冠状病毒 ,在与三种血清型的传支高免血清中和试验中 ,与 QX型的中和价最高 ,达 1∶ 70 .79。据此可初步确定该毒株为可引起鸡腺胃病变的鸡传染性支气管炎病毒。用 JQ980
One strain of virus,which was isolated from cnhickens with proventriculus disease and named JQ9801.has no direct hemagglutination.It can steadily cause dwarf chicken embryos and also cause part of challenged chickens swollen proventriculus and death.Under electron microscope,it showed typical morphological characteristics of coronavirus.VN Test,done with three types of IB anti serum,showed QX serum has the highest neutralizing tire (1∶70.79) to it.JQ9801 is one of IB strains which can cause the chicken proventriculus disearse.Inactivated oil emulsion vaccine from strain JQ9801 has ability of preventing proventriculus type B from happening.
