溶剂法富集豆甾醇的研究 被引量：1

摘要 本文论及用溶剂方法从混合植物甾醇中富集豆甾醇的工艺研究。各个甾醇在不同的溶 剂中的溶解度有所差异，可以通过多级分步结晶的方法实现分离。由实验对不同的溶 剂进行了比较，确定正丁醇的富集效果最佳。以大豆混合植物甾醇为原料，通过调节 料液比和结晶温度，通过２－３级分步结晶，就可得到纯度＞６０％豆甾醇。通过４－５级 结晶，纯度可达８５％以上。
