摘要
获得影响割圈绒织物重量波动的主要因素是腈纶色纱特数的不稳定。本文认为含有高收缩纤维的腈纶纱线进行绞纱染色时染色温度。
Based on the fact that the weight fluctation per squar metre of weft kintted cut pile fabric is large, an investigation and a statistical analysis are made. The result shows that the primary factor affecting the weight fluctuation is the tex deviation of acrylic colour yarn. After analyzing, it is known that the main causes in the form of tex deviation of acrylic colour yarn are that the dyeing tamperatures and the skein tensions between vats are different when acrylic skeins are dyed
