摘要
平阳县属于浙江沿海县市,水资源相对比较匮乏。针对目前平阳县水资源存在的主要问题,提出了切实可行的水资源保障对策方案,制定长远水资源分配原则,可保障全县国民经济对水资源的日益需求,促进全县近、中、远期国民经济的高速发展,经济效益、社会效益、环境效益是十分显著的。
The Pingang County is a coastal county in Zhejiang Province.Its water resources are relative more deficient.In view of the existing problems about the water resources in this county,the paper presents realistically feasible countermeasure scheme to guarantee water resources,draws up the principle to allocate this resources in long term,to ensure the increasing demand of water resources in national economy of whole county,to promote the rapid economical development in recent,middle and future period,for getting the significant economic,social environmental benefit.
