向日葵雄性不育系与恢复系的配合力分析

摘要 以4个向日葵雄性不育系为母本,与6个恢复系杂交,比较分析各个亲本的产量性状配合力。结果表明:(1)籽实产量主要由亲本加性效应决定,非加性效应作用不明显;(2)恢复系GCA方差远远大于不育系,在杂交种配组中恢复系的选用尤为重要;(3)高产组合双亲应具有较高的GCA效应之和,或至少双亲之一具有较高的GCA;(4)筛选出利用价值较高的亲本恢复系696R和455R,不育系049A和412A。 In order to compare the combining ability of production characters in parent lines,4CMS lines were crossed with 6 restorer lines. The results showed that: ([)The seed yield were mainly determined by additive effects instead of non-additive effects; (2) The GCA variance of restorer lines was much higher than that of CMS lines, and it was more important to select restorer lines in crossing. ( 3 ) One of parents had high GCA or both have high GCA in high-yield combinations. (4) Two valuable restorer lines, 696R and 455R, and two CMS lines, 049A and 412A were screened according to GCA value.
