玉米顶腐病和鞘腐病致病镰孢菌生物学特性比较 被引量:3

Comparison of the Biological Characteristics of Fusarium subglutinans and Fusarium proliferatum

摘要 采用植物病理学研究方法,对玉米顶腐病致病菌亚粘团镰孢菌[Fusarium subglutinans(wollenweb.&Reiking)Nelson]和玉米鞘腐病致病菌层出镰孢菌[Fusarium proliferatum(Matsushima)Nirenberg]进行了生物学特性测定。结果表明:两种镰孢菌在Czapek、PSA和PDA培养基上生长最好。多种碳源、氮源物质对菌丝生长均有促进作用,其中亚粘团镰孢菌最适碳源、氮源分别为可溶性淀粉和蛋白胨;层出镰孢菌最适碳源为麦芽糖、葡萄糖、果糖和蔗糖,氮源为牛肉膏。两种镰孢菌在5~35℃温度范围内均可生长,最适为25℃,40℃菌丝不生长。在pH 5~12范围内均可生长,pH 6时生长最快。在pH 4~8范围内层出镰孢菌生长快于亚粘团镰孢菌,而pH 9~12范围内则相反。不同光照条件下菌丝生长差异不大。 Using the phytopathological methods, the comparison of the biological characteristics of Fusarium subglutinans of maize top rot causal agent and Fusarium proliferatum of maize sheath rot causal agent was conducted. The results showed that the mycelia of the two pathogen could grow better on Czapek,PSA and PDA. The two pathogen could also effectively use many kinds of carbon sources and nitrogen sources, the optimum carbon source and nitrogen source for Fusarium subglutinans was soluble starch and peptone and for Fusarium proliferatum was maltose, glucose, fructose, sucrose and beef extract.The temperature for mycelia of the two pathogen growth was ranged from 5 ℃ to 35 ℃ , the optimum temperature was 25 ℃ , and the pathogen could not several at 40 ℃. The mycelia could grow from pH5 to pill2 and at pH6 was the optimum. Fusarium proliferatum grew faster than Fusarium subglutinans when the pH from 4 to 8,pH from 9 to .12 was opposite. The effect of light on the mycelia growth was not evident.
