摘要
苏里格气田西区属于低孔、低压、低渗透油气藏,储层物性差,气水关系复杂,完试井中解释为气水同层的井约占33.3%,底部含水储层约占18.6%,压裂缝高失控压窜上下水层或层内水,导致有多口井(层)压裂后大量产水,严重影响气田开发效果。从控水压裂机理入手,通过对控水压裂工艺技术对策研究,形成了变排量、支撑剂段塞、低伤害压裂液体系等配套技术,在现场试验应用5井次,3井次取得了较好效果,为气田高效开发提供了技术思路。
The west district of SuLige gas field belongs to low porosity, tow presure permeability oil-gas reservoir with poor reservoir stratum physical property and complicated gas-water relation. The well testing shows that about 33.3 percent of gas-water well is gas- water same layer well and about 18.6 % is bottom containing water reservoir. The fracturing fracture high out of control pressure flee into water-course or Layer internal water, which leading to several wells produce a lot of water, making a serious influence on gas field de- velopment. By the way of Water control fracturing mechanism and engineering research form variable displacement, proppant slug, low- damage fracture liquid system technology etc.There are five times field test application and three of them get preferably effects, pro- viding a high efficient technology train of thoughts for gas field exploitation.
