摘要
提出了用面向对象理论在CAD和CAPP之间建立一个信息模型系统,直接从三维图形文件中提取几何实体信息,通过专家系统识别出工艺特征。期间,对于难以识别或没有显示的特征信息,通过人机交互的方式予以输入。最后,依据CAPP系统的综合数据,生成了满足CAPP系统需要的特征信息文件。在利用现有的CAD的资源的基础上,实现CAD/CAPP的集成。
A system that builds a befitting information model between CAD and CAPP with Object桹riented theory is presented. The geometrical entities information is extracted directly from a 3D ?CAD graphic file. Feature recognition is processed by medium of expert system. Meanwhile, we provide the befitting tool to input the feaure information which is difficult t to be distinguished or doesn' t exist. At last, according to different data of CAPP system, a feature information file which fills the need of CAPP system is generated. Based on the utilization of current CAD resource, this system realizes the integration of CAD and CAPP.
