Experiment research on characteristics of lignite carbonization at low temperature

摘要 以印尼褐煤、云南褐煤及烟煤为研究对象进行了热天平低温干馏实验。主要考察了保温时间、升温速率对热解过程的影响。实验结果表明:终温500℃时,保温时间延长一小时对印尼褐煤的影响比云南褐煤、烟煤的热解影响要大,分别降低了17.75%、12.77%、12.48%;终温600℃时,保温时间延长一小时对云南褐煤热解的影响较印尼褐煤、烟煤大,分别降低19.38%、16.26%、14.16%;随着升温速率增大,印尼褐煤失重峰值增大且向高温端推移。在热重实验基础上,获得了煤的热解特性参数及动力学参数。 Thermogravimetric experiments were performed to study the pyrolysis characteristics of two kinds of lignite and one bituminous coal at the low temperature. The main work was done to investigate the influence of the beating rate and holding time on pyrolysis process. It indicates that there are more influences on Indonesia coal because of the extension of holding time at 500 ℃ and a more obvious reduction of Yunnan coal at 600 ℃. The higher heating rate the more remarkable weightlessness peak is. The characteristic parameter and kinetic parameters of coal pyrolysis reaction were obtained based on thermogravimetric experiment.
