摘要
涟钢1号连铸机采用动态轻压下技术生产时,轻压下效果不佳,中心疏松和中心偏析达均到2.0级。通过射钉试验发现,实际液芯长度比模型计算长度短1.6~4.2m,故对铸机凝固末端预报进行了参数化修正,并在基础辊缝的基础上确定了正常与非正常浇铸条件下的轻压下参数,优化后的轻压下使铸坯中心疏松和中心偏析降到0.5级,铸坯横断面上不同位置的碳、锰含量也非常均匀,满足工艺要求。
The soft-reduction effect appears poor when it's adopted in the No. 1 caster of Lianyuan Steel with both center porosity and center segregation, whose class are as high as 2.0. Through the nail shooting test, it's found that the actual length of liquid core is about 1.6--4.2 m shorter than what is calculated by model, so the parametric correction was done on caster's prediction of solidification end. In addition, soft reduction parameters for normal and abnormal casting condition were defined on the basis of fundamental roll gap. The optimized soft-reduction low- ered the rank of center porosity and center segregation to class 0.5, and the C and Mn content in different positions of slab's cross section are very homogeneous, which meet the process requirement.
