摘要
针对轿车减震器产品在生产线末端自动测试和性能自动判别方面的迫切需求,研究开发了基于微机控制的减震器衰减力测试系统。系统通过在线分析评价示功特性曲线的饱满程度和特征来判断减震器性能的优劣,从而在生产装配线末端剔除不合格的减震器。重点讨论了减震器示功特性曲线的自动评价判断方法和依赖于生产工艺过程的判据生成方式,并对生产现场试验数据进行分析和识别,验证了评价判断算法的有效性和实时性。
In accordance with the urgent demands for automatic test and performance determination at the end of production line of car shock absorber products, the damping force test system controlled by microprocessor for shock absorber has been researched and developed. Through analyzing and evaluating the fullness level and characteristics curve of dynamometer on line, the pros and cons of the performance of the shock absorber is determined, and the unqualified products can be excluded at the end of the assembly production line. The method of automatic evaluation and determination of the dynamometer curve, and the criterion generation depends on the technological process of production are discussed emphatically, the experimental data from the production site are analyzed and identified, the effectiveness and real time performance of the evaluation and determination algorithm are verified.
