摘要
目前,城市智能化发展理念已在世界范围内被广泛认可和接受,且已成为研究城市问题的热点,许多城市的智能化建设已逐步付诸实践。然而,针对我国城市智能化发展评价指标体系的研究还比较匮乏,基于城市类型的专项评价研究更少。城市规模、定位、特点和发展阶段不同,其智能化发展模式、评价方法和指标体系也会有所不同。在分析城市智能化发展要素的基础上,结合我国中心城市的特点和发展要求,提出包含城市智能发展支撑能力、智能发展现状水平和智能发展核心动力三大系统的国家中心城市智能化发展评价指标体系,以期为丰富城市智能化发展理论体系,提高城市智能化发展水平,促进城市智能化建设快速、健康发展提供借鉴。
The concept of intelligent city has been widely recognized and accepted throughout the world,and many cities also have been put it into practice.But there is comparative lack of evaluation research on this field,and the study for different city types is even scarcer.Due to the cities' differences of size,function,features and development stages,the evaluation method and index system also should be adjusted.This paper will propose a targeted evaluation index system to improve the accuracy and the pertinence of evaluation for Central Cities,which includes the Urban Support System,the Development Level System and the Driver of Innovation System.
