摘要
本文基于光传播和散射原理分析了纤维呈两维分布的非织造布模型的光散射强度及其影响因素 ,推导了非织造布后向散射强度分布与非织造布取向分布之间的关系。用自行研制的计算机程序控制激光散射强度角分布测试系统测定了三种加工方法生产的非织造布试样的纤维取向分布 ,并将激光散射法与显微投影法的测定结果进行了对比。研究表明 :激光后向散射强度角分布与纤维取向分布之间存在密切的关系 。
The light scattrinng intensity of a 2-dimentional model for nonwoven fabric and its varying law are analyzed based on the principle of light propagation and scattering. The relationship is derived between the back scattering intensity-angular distribution and the fiber orientation distribution function (ODF) of nonwoven fabric. The fiber ODFs of 6 nonwoven samples manufactured with 3 processing methods are measured by the computer-program-controlled laser scattering intensity-angular disinbution testing system, and the data are compared with the ODFs mesured by a micro-projector. The results show that the laser backscattening intensity-angular distribution is colsely related to the fiber ODF in nonwoven fabric, and the fiber ODFs can by quickiy evaluated with laser scattering principle.
