摘要
某冷轧厂950 mm轧机中间辊用滚珠轴承经短时间使用后发生滚珠断裂。采用化学成分分析、硬度检测和金相检验等方法对断裂的滚珠进行分析。结果表明,该滚珠碳含量偏高,基体中存在碳化物聚集现象,滚珠局部硬度偏低,且非金属夹杂物过多,这些最终导致滚珠在运行过程中发生断裂。
Ball rupture had occurred to ball bearing used for 950 mm rolling mill middle roll in a certain cold roll- ing mill. The rupture ball has been analyzed by methods, such as chemical composition analysis, hardness testing and metallographic examination, the results showed that factors of higher C content, carbide gathering in matrix, lower hardness of local ball and too much nonmetal inclusions finally resulted in ball rupture during operation.
