摘要
目的 研究缺氧与内皮素之间的关系。方法 用放射免疫法 (RIA)测定不同海拔地区健康人血内皮素的含量。结果 高海拔地区健康人血内皮素水平明显高于低海拔地区 ,两组比较存在显著性差异 (P <0 .0 0 1)。结论 缺氧可刺激内皮素 (ET)的释放。
Objective To study the relationship between the hypoxia and the endothylium.Method Detected the concentration of endothylium of health individuals in various area at plateau by means of radioimmunoassay(RIA).Results The concentration of blood endothylium of health individuals in high altitude was higher than that of in lower altitude.There wsa a remarkable difference between the two groups(P<0.001).
