摘要
以Q345B为母材,研究了TH-950HN焊条堆焊组织与力学性能。结果表明,堆焊层强化相主要为初晶碳化物(Cr,Fe)7C3及共晶相(Cr,Fe)7C3,在焊层表面的碳化物呈块状,尺寸在20μm左右;随着焊接深度的增加,碳化物形貌转变为骨骼状和长条形;这些增强相分布在合金基体中,可以起到弥散强化的效果,从而使堆焊层具有较高的硬度;堆焊层硬度沿宽度方向与深度方向分布均匀,在深度为0~10 mm范围内,其硬度为56~65 HRC。
Taing Q345B as base material, the microstructure and properties of surfacing welds were studied with TH-950HN welding rods. The results show that there are many primary crystal phase and eutectic structure of (Cr, Fe)TC3 in the surfacing alloy. The carbides on the surface of the surfacing alloy appear lump with the size about 20 μm, while the morphology of the carbides changes into bone-like and strip with the increase of the depth in the alloy. These reinforcing phases of carbides distribute in the alloy matrix, can play the effect of dispersion strengthening, make the hardness of the surfacing alloy higher. The hardenss of the surfacing alloy is uniform within 56-65 HRC.
