摘要
运用deform-3D软件对铸态2%Mg2B2O5w/6061Al复合材料精密锻件等温模锻工艺进行模拟研究,通过温度、变形速率的控制模拟得出相应的应力分布、外加载荷。通过对应力的分布、应力集中和需要的外加载荷的分析,确定最佳的等温模锻工艺参数。
The deform-3D software was used to simulate the isothermal forging process for precision forgings of as-cast 2% MgaB2Osw/6061A1 composite, the corresponding stress distribution and applied load were obtained through the control of temperature and deformation rate. Meanwhile, through the analysis of stress distribution, stress concentration and applied load, the optimal parameters for isothermal forging process were determined.
