摘要
通过合金制备、微观分析和拉伸试验等方法,研究了Bi对Mg-6Al-1Sm耐热镁合金组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:在Mg-6Al-1Sm中加入适量的Bi后,细化了合金的铸态组织,同时基体中出现热稳定性较高的颗粒相Mg3Bi2。适量Bi的加入提高了合金的室温和高温力学性能,改善了合金的耐热性能。
The effects of bismuth addition on the microstmcture and mechanical properties of Mg-6AI-ISm magnesium alloy were studied through the alloy preparation, microstmcture analysis and tensile tests. The results show that, adding proper amount Bi to Mg-6A1-1 Sm alloy, the as-cast microstmcture of the alloy refines, and the Mg3Bi2 grain phase with high thermal stability is observed in the matrix. At the same time, the mechanical properties of the alloy at room temperature and high temperature enhance and the heat resistance improves.
