摘要
近年来研究发现大黄素具有抗病毒、抗肿瘤、抑菌、利尿、抗纤维化、免疫调节等作用,大黄素在消化道肿瘤的治疗作用越来越引起人们的重视,研究发现大黄素可以抑制肿瘤细胞生长,诱导其凋亡,但作用机制仍不清楚,今对近几年国内对大黄素在消化系统肿瘤的研究治疗作一综述。
In recent years, the study has found that emodin has the effect of antivirus, antitumor, antibacterial, diuresis, anti fibrosis, immune regulation, etc. The therapeutic effect of emodin in the digestive tract tumor has attracked more and more people＇s attention. The study found that emodin can inhibit the growth of tumor cells and induce its apoptosis. But the mechanism is still not clear. So the author tried to make a summry of the role of emodin in treatment of digestive system tumors in recent years.
