摘要
目的 评价手术治疗涉及关节内的跟骨骨折之疗效。方法 外侧入路 ,开放复位克氏针内固定。结果 2 2例患者经过 4～ 37个月的随访 ,其中优 18例 ,良 3例 ,差 1例。结论 涉及关节面的跟骨骨折 ,只有恢复跟骨关节面的解剖形态 ,才能较好地恢复足的功能。
Objective\ To assess the curative effect of surgical treatment of the intra articular calcaneus fracture. Methods\ Open reduction and internal fixation with Kirschners wire by the lateral approach. Results\ 22 cases were followed up for 4～37 months, 18 cases were excellent, 3 cases good and 1 case poor. Conclusion For the calcaneus fracture involving the joint face the function of the foot can be better restored only through restoring the anatomical construction of joint face.
