摘要
目的 分析经皮穿刺腰椎间盘髓核摘除术 (PLD)治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法 对PLD治疗的 146例腰椎间盘突出症患者病程、年龄与疗效的关系进行分析。结果 经 3～ 42个月随访 ,优良率达 87 67% ,无严重并发症。病程在 2年以内者疗效优于 2年以上者 (P <0 0 1)。结论 手术时机对治疗效果有明显影响 ,而年龄与疗效无明显关系。
Objective To analyse the results of percutaneous lumbar discectomy (PLD) for lumbar disc herniation (LDH). Methods 146 cases of LDH were treated with PLD. The history,age and curative effects were analysed. Results 87 67% cases achieved exellent result by 3～42 months of follow up .Those with history of illness under 2 years had better results than the cases with history of over 2 years( P< 0 01).Conclusion The operative opportunity is an important factor influencing curative effects obviously. The age is not obviously correlated with the curative results.
