摘要
目的 :研究五氧化二钒、四氯化钛二种化合物在环境中共存时对机体可能存在的遗传损伤。方法 :用枯草杆菌DNA重组试验 ,通过抑菌线变化判断该化合物是否有影响。结果 :单纯四氯化钛表现为阴性 ,单纯五氧化二钒组为阳性 ,混合物表现为五氧化二钒单独的诱变性。结论 :五氧化二钒、四氯化钛在枯草杆菌DNA重组修复试验中的联合致突变性表现为独立作用。
Objective:[WT5”BZ]To study the possible genetic damage to organism of B.subtilis of V 2O 5 and Ticl 4 when they are present in combination in the medium.[WT5”HZ]Method:[WT5”BZ]Using DNA recombination repairing assay by observing the change of the inhibition length(mm) mixture to judge whether the two compounds show any influence.[WT5”HZ]Results:[WT5”BZ]Ticl 4alone showed negative while V 2O 5alone showed positive.When the two compounds were in combination,it was only shown that of V 2O 5.[WT5”HZ]Conclusion:[WT5”BZ]In this DNA recombination repairing assay of B.subtilis both V 2O 5and TiCl 4exhibits independent mutagenicity.
