摘要 轴承的支承特性直接影响着旋转机械的工作效率、可靠性和寿命,磁悬浮轴承的动态特性对整个磁悬浮转子系统起着极其重要的作用。通过辨识冲击载荷引起的瞬态响应可以识别出磁悬浮轴承的刚度和阻尼。介绍基于冲击响应辨识的基本原理,并对五自由度磁悬浮轴承-转子系统进行仿真辨识研究,将识别的系统刚度和阻尼参数与初始赋予的参数值对比,识别效果较好,证明了该识别理论的可行性。 Characteristic of the rotor is the combined result of magnetic bearing technology and the rotor dynamics. The efficiency, reliability and longevity of rotating machinery are directly in-flueneed by the bearing's supporting characteris-tics. In order for the measurement of magnetic beating's dynamic stiffness and damping, a simple procedure, for identification of a bearing support parameter from recorded transient rotor responses due to impact loads adopted. This paper describes the basic theory of the method to identify equiva-lent stiffness and damping of AMB from rotor dy-namic response due to the method is applied to i-dentify support parameters in a five - degree of freedom rotor-bearings system. The identificated parameters proved a close match with the initial given ones, which illustrate the feasibility and accu- racy of the theory.
