摘要
研究太子参白茶对辐射损伤的保护功效.将小鼠分为5组,对照组、辐射模型组、低、中、高剂量组.剂量组分别灌胃0.5g/kgbw.d,1g/kgbw.d,2g/kgbw.d的太子参白茶,灌胃给药30d后,用X线辐射制备辐射损伤模型.采取眼眶取血计数外周血白细胞;取血和肝组织测定MDA含量及GSH活性.结果表明太子参白茶能提升辐射小鼠白细胞数量,增加GSH活性,降低MDA含量.证明太子参白茶对辐射损伤有保护功效.
The protective effect of white tea with Pseudostellaria heterophyUa （WTPH）against radiation damage was investigated. Mice were randomly divided into five groups including control group, model group, and WTPH groups at low, medium and high doses（0.5,1.0,2.0g/（kg＇d））. Doses groups were treated by garage for 30 consecutive days. Then four experimental groups of mice were exposed to X-ray. The quantity of WBC were counted.The activity of GSH-Px,the content of MDA in the blood and liver of radiation-injured mice were determined. The results indicated that WTPH could increase the quantity of WBC, the activity of GSH-Px and index of spleen and thymus organ, reduce the content of MDA. These results showed that the WTPH has the radiation protection effect.
