锈蚀钢筋混凝土梁受弯承载力的计算分析

摘要 通过对锈蚀后钢筋截面的损伤、力学性能和粘结性能的退化、以及构件截面损伤的分析总结,并结合现有的关于钢筋混凝土梁受弯承载力的计算规范,推导出了锈蚀后钢筋混凝土梁承载力的计算式,并通过对实际试验数据的验证,可知在锈蚀率大于6%时,理论计算值将达到锈蚀后梁试验承载力的75%以上,满足安全储备的要求,此时理论计算值较符合实际情况. By the analysis of corrored reinforced cross-section of the damage, and degradation of the mechanical properties and bonding properties, combining with the existing calculation specifications about the bending bearing capacity of reinforced concrete beams, this article derived formula about the bending bearing capacity of corroded reinforced concrete beams. Through the verification of the actual test date, when the corrosion rate is more than 6~, the theoretical calculated value will reach more than 75% of the test carrying capacity of corroded beams, meeting the requirements of the security reserve, and, the theoretical value is more in line with the actual situation.
