摘要
为了解决超大型钢锭夹杂物超标和成分偏析问题,设计了100 t异型中间包,并采用多包合浇差异成分控制技术。生产结果表明,采用该技术后,中间包夹杂物上浮率大大提高,钢锭成分偏析得到有效控制,制造的大型锻件完全满足产品技术要求。
100 t special tundish is designed and the difference compositions control technology in pouring with mul- tiple steel ladles is applied to solve the problems of inclusion exceeding standard and composition segregation in super large steel ingot. The production results show that the floating rate of inclusions in tundish is increased greatly and the composition segregation of steel ingot is controlled effectively and the large forgings can meet the technical requirements of products after applying the technology.
