摘要
根据农业区域产量保险的运行机理及其发挥优势的前提条件,考察了北京市试验农业区域产量保险的意义、条件及其障碍,并结合国际上农业区域产量保险的运行状况,对合同作出了初步设计。
The paper discussed the operation mechanism and prerequisite of area-based crop yield insurance, and analyzed the potential advantages and disadvantages of the pilot area-based crop yield insurance in Beijing. It also suggested a tentative design of the contract on the base of international experiences related to area-based crop yield insurance.
