摘要
目的 探讨选择性肺动脉灌注在肺癌治疗中的效果。方法 采用导管和化疗泵行选择性肺动脉灌注对80例晚期肺癌患者进行了治疗。结果 80例晚期肺癌患者中肺部包块缩小60例,症状好转或明显缓解70例。结论 选择性肺动脉灌注方法简单、有效,操作较安全,不失为治疗晚期肺癌的一种较好手段。
Objective To study the effect of selective pulmonary artery infusion(SPAI)in treatmentof late lung cancers.Methods Eighty cases of late lung cancer were treated by SPAI through inserted catheterand chemotherapy pump.Results Of all the so cases the pulmonary tumor masses were reduced in size in 60cases,and clinical symptoms improved or much improved in 70 cases.Conclusion SPAI in the treatment oflate lung cancers is rather simple,safe to handle and more effective,so it is a better treatment method for midand late stage lung cancers.
