摘要
论述了一种新的流体污染磨损试验方法。主要特点是两个试样的间隙可以在0~100μm范围内调节,可能方便地进行间隙工况的流体污染磨损和接触工况的摩擦磨损研究工作。该方法所用试样,形状简单、工艺性好,装拆方便。
A new test method for studing the fluid contaminant wear is reported. The most important character of the method is that the gap between the two specimens can be adjusted from O to 100 Micron. Not only can the test method conduct the abrasive wear, but the adhesive wear. The shape of the specimen is very simple. The test system can be easily set up or disassembled。
