摘要
目的 介绍我院212例电视胸腔镜手术(VATS)及电视胸腔镜小切口手术(VAMT)在胸外科诊疗中的体会。方法 从1995年6月至1999年12月采用 VATS 及 VAMS 技术共完成212例17个病种的胸外科手术。结果 治愈204例,死亡2例,术中2例因出血中转开胸手术。术后主要并发症肺膨胀不全16例。结论 VATS 及 VAMT 在胸部疾病的诊疗方法比较简单,疗效可靠,创伤小,术后恢复快等优点,具有广阔的应用前景。
Objective To introduce the experience of video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery(VATS)and video-assisted minithoracotomy(VAMT).Methods From June 1995 to Dec.1999 212 patients with 17kinds of various chest diseases underwent VATS or VAMT.Two cases of them were changed to open thoracoto-my due to bleeding operation.Results The hospital mortality rate was 0.94%(2/212).Atelectasis was7.54%(16/212).Conclusion VATS and VAMT are less invasive injury and smooth postoperative recoveryso are the one of more safe and effective technique for some chest diseases.
