摘要
目的探讨责任制优质护理模式对腹部择期切口手术患者疼痛管理的效果。方法选取外科普通病房腹部择期切口手术患者63例为对照组，优质护理病房患者63例为试验组。对照组按功能护理模式给予围术期常规护理，试验组给予责任制优质护理模式。结果两组患者术前1h疼痛评估结果无统计学差异（P〉0．05），术后2h疼痛评估有统计学差异（P〈0．01），6h后连续性疼痛评估组间比较有统计学差异（P〈0．01），试验组组内比较有统计学差异（P〈0．01）。结论责任制优质护理服务模式的建立，架起病房与手术室之间的沟通渠道，加强疼痛管理，患者术后舒适度改善，切口疼痛耐受性增强，疼痛反应减轻，为早期进行功能锻炼赢得时间，有效预防术后并发症的发生，利于疾病早日康复。
Objective To explore the effects of responsibility high - quality nursing mode on the pain management of the patients with abdominal date chosen incision operation. Methods In the surgical general ward 63 patients with abdominal date chosen incision oper-ation were selected as control group, they were given routine nursing perioperative period. In the high - quality nursing ward 63 patients with abdominal date chosen incision operation were selected as experimental group, those patients received high - quality nursing. Results There was no significant difference with pain assessment in two groups before operation lh （P 〉 0.05 ） , after operation 2h the difference was significant （ P 〈 0. 01 ） , after operation 6h, there was significant difference with continuous pain assessment between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 01 ） Conclusions Responsibility high - quality nursing mode can make the patients feel comfortable after operation, enhance the incision pain tolerance, relieve pain reaction, gain time for the early functional training, prevent the occurrence of postoperative complications, pro-mote the recovery early.
