摘要
综述了尿毒症患者皮肤瘙痒的治疗与护理现状，分析了血液净化、中西医结合及物理治疗的优缺点。得出治疗尿毒症患者皮肤瘙痒就要采用正确的血液净化方式，在透析间隔期配合药物治疗和患者耐受的中医治疗及物理治疗，提出实施正确的护理干预及健康教育、心理护理，指导患者做好皮肤的基础护理是解决尿毒症患者皮肤瘙痒问题的重要途径。
This paper introduced the status of treatment and nursing uremia patients with skin pruritus, respectively analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of the blood purification, combined Chinese and western medicine and physical therapy. The results showed that we should use fight way of the blood purification to treat uremic patients with skin pruritus, match the drug therapy and combined Chi-nese and western medicine and physical therapy during dialysis treatments. It is proposed that the correct nursing intervention, health educa-tion and psychological nursing. Teaching patients to do the basic nursing for skin is a important way of solving the problem of patients with skin pruritus.
