摘要
中国古代文学作品是对当时社会情况的描写,作品的思想蕴含着当时社会所存在的生活理念。通过研究本文中的故事,我们认为,在臣民社会中,随着经济的发展,也会出现市民社会的商业纠纷,对于臣民社会的纠纷,应当采取臣民社会的解决方式。如果用臣民社会的解决方式解决市民社会的纠纷,在市民社会的背景下,势必会引起新的冲突和矛盾,但是,如果大背景是臣民社会,这样的解决思路却是可行的。因为,在社会背景复杂的情况下应用保守的、适应现有社会背景的解决纠纷的思路,往往更加行之有效。
Chinese ancient literature is a description of the prevailing social conditions, the thought of the work contains a philosophy of life that exists in society at that time. By researching the thought of story in the article, we get the idea that with the development of economy , there will also be commercial disputes which appears in civil society happens in subject society. In the context of the civil society, if we use the way for solving the disputes in subject society it should cause new conflicts and contradictions. However, if the background is the subject society, this solution ideas is feasible. Because in the case of a complex social background to use a kind of disputes thinking which is conservative and adapt existing social backgroundresolve always be more useful.
