摘要
目的研究慢性咽炎的细菌学问题。方法用无菌棉拭子取咽后壁分泌物接种于血平板培养。结果224例观察对象中，报告正常菌群生长209例，溶血性链球菌9例，金黄色葡萄球菌5例，霉菌生长1例。结论慢性咽炎中致病菌感染率很低（6．7％），病原体感染不是慢性咽炎的主要病因。
Objective To study the bacteriology of chronic pharyngitis. Method Secretion taken from posterior pharyngeal wall was planted on blood plate for bacterial culture. Result 209 cases were normal flora,9 cases were hemolytic streptococcus, 5 cases were staphylococcus aureus and one tvas fungus in 224 cases tested. Conclusion Infective rate of pathogen was very low in chronic pharyngitis. Bacterial infection was not the main cause of chronic pharyngitis.
